The Segway Song

March 27, 2018

If I had a segway I'd segway away

Into the morning, into the grey

I'm tired of the heartache, the work, and the pain

So if I had a segway I'd segway away

They'd see me rolling at the top of a hill

Catch my wheels strolling wherever they will

From Kennedy station all the way to Don Mills

They'd catch me rolling at the top of a hill

They'd catch me scrolling through my history

Tuesday of last week the heart emoji

Wednesday I'm waiting, Thursday has been

Sent you a message, all I got back was seen

If I had a segway I'd segway away

Out of this moment with a word to allay

I'm tired of the silence and the eyes that betray

If I had a segway I'd segway away
